4 weeks free trial

You will receive a 4 week free trial to prepare for the paid program. During this time, you can opt-out of the program with no financial penalty. This time is a trial period for you to determine if this is the program that you are looking for and if you can commit to its expectations.

 

Cancellation

To cancel the program, a 48-hour notice is required. Payment for already completed sessions/meetings is non-refundable.

 

Cancellation of a scheduled session within the paid program

To cancel or reschedule a session, a 48-hour notice is required. Cancelling or rescheduling a session with less than a 48-hour notice will result in full payment for the session.

Program Agreement

• The Path of Health Program is not medical advice… It is lifestyle guidance. Please stay in contact with your doctor throughout this program.

• The client’s honesty in regard to the established diet and the routine is essential to achieving success.

• We meet in person or through FaceTime once a week for 45 minutes.

• Client may call during the week to ask questions or to express concerns.

• The program runs for 6 months, or about 25 weekly consultations.

• Both the client and health coach have the right to discontinue the program if either party is not satisfied with the progress being made. The program is free of charge for the first 4 weeks. This trial period is for the health coach to build a relationship with the client and to pave the most pragmatic path of health for the client.

• After the 4 week trial period, a fee of $75 will be charged for each weekly consultation.

• If the program is not completed after the intended 6 month duration, the price of each weekly consultation will be increased to $90.
