Alex
With a happy heart, I would like to introduce my son Alex,
a wonderful man with infinite reserves of unconditional love.
Alex was a very important part in my self-awakening.

His daily love makes me present for him, for myself, and for you.

Alex loves to dance, paint, and cook. He helps me in the kitchen and knows a lot about healthy eating and how important physical activity is - we walk a lot, run together, and even practice yoga. His sensitive presence opens up space for change and for being one's true self.

Here are two recipes from Alex's kitchen, to start with.
There will be more!

Wedge Salad
2 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
1 small red onion
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 pound bacon, diced

Dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1/2 clove garlic (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Collect all ingredients. Dice tomatoes and onion. Heat chopped bacon, strain and place on a paper-towel-lined plate. For dressing, the best is to mix all the ingredients in the food processor - blend until completely smooth.

Top iceberg wedges with ingredients and dressing. Ready to eat immediately. Enjoy!

Easy Smoothie
2 cups of frozen mixed berries
2 ripe bananas fresh
2 tablespoons of nut butter
Handfull of choice of seeds
1 tablespoon of raw cacao
1 tablespoon of goji powder
1 cup of almond milk (home made if possible!)

Gather ingredients. Use a high speed blender to blend for about 30 seconds - 1 minute, until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy for breakfast!
